DESCRIPTION:The Blizzard Blast 5K/10K Run/Walk will take place at Trinity Park Pavilion #1 (Shelter House). Come and take part in one of the coldest races of the year. Grab a friend or two\, your sneakers\, gloves\, winter hats\, and get ready for Blizzard Blast! Bring it on Mother Nature! The colder the better! Participants can take in views of Fort Worth while winding along the river trails while enjoying the flat terrain course.\nThe money raised goes towards our nursing scholarship funds … for students enrolled in any of the Dallas-Fort Worth nursing programs. This year\, you can run… and make a tremendous difference in our community!\n\n\nSTARTING TIMES \n\n6:30 AM – Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup\n8:00 AM – 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)\n8:30 AM – 10K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)\n\nRACE DAY PACKET PICKUP BEGINS AT 6:30 AM AT RACE SITE \n\nPURCHASE TICKETS \nSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
